Yoga for Flexibility - $44.00

Yoga for flexibility focuses on poses and postures that incrase the body's mobility. Class will include creative sequences to stretch and open the body, as well as an introduction to breathwork and meditation to create flexibility in body, mind and spirit.

Designed for: Participants flexibility in body, mind and spirit.

About the Instructor: Kelly F is a registered yoga teacher and UW alum who strives to make her yoga classes safe, accessible, and empowering for all practitioners. Kelly first started teaching yoga through UW RecSports eight years ago. Today, she teaches at different studios across Madison, primarily Inner Fire, Bliss Flow, and Kula Yoga. She has a Masters degree in Gender and Women's Studies.
