Sarah C. has been a Mind-Body Instructor for UW Rec Sports for over three years. She first found yoga and Pilates as an effective way to exercise and manage stress, and began to practice regularly five years ago. Sarah's favorite part of teaching is watching participants gain strength and confidence in their practice, and helping people cultivate both mindfulness and body awareness. Sarah is also studying Pilates through UW-Madison's Dance Department and preparing for grad school.
