Designed for:Participants with a high level of fitness (cardio and strength)

Prerequisites:
  • Established fitness routine

Class Components:
  • Drills to improve power, speed and coordination
  • Circuit training
  • Use of equipment such as TRX, ViPR, Kettlebells and battle ropes
  • Length is 45 minutes
