About the Instructor: Kelly F is a registered yoga teacher and UW alum who strives to make her yoga classes safe, accessible, and empowering for all practitioners. Kelly first started teaching yoga through UW RecSports eight years ago. Today, she teaches at different studios across Madison, including Inner Fire, Bliss Flow, and Kula Yoga. She has a Masters degree in Gender and Women's Studies.
